new deploy script that's a lil' wrapper around awsbox, extracts stuff from env and passes it to awsbox

(aws deploy) 'destroy' command now removes git remote iff that remote is pointing to the ip address of the server that we just tore down

(aws deploy) add  command to check connectivity with DNS and VM services.  Useful during initial configuration

(aws deploy) add waiting for server to become available, copying of configuration up to server, git remote addition, and console output

partial implementation of super-magic instadeploy of browserid to AWS instances.  next up?  security groups.  Then automatic git remote addition.  The addition of app user and a whole pile of tweaking on the template image.
