Why? Now the replacement syntax is valid dart/yaml

This means templates can be opened, analyzer, ran as "real" packages

It'll make updating/adding templates easier and less error prone

Update reflectable entry point format

If people use html imports containing dart scripts then the reflectable transformer needs to run on the bootstrap file, otherwise it can't reach the entire program.
