Compilation failure with grpc.h

If cmake run with flag FLATBUFFERS_BUILD_GRPCTEST=ON
compilation fails.

Fix :
	-Fix argument list for overriden function in grpc.
	-Fix member function name called by FlatBufferBuilder from
	buf() to scratch_data()
