gettextifying templates and updating the renderer to handle renders without vars.

gettextifying the following templates:

* add_email
* confirm_email
* invalid_required_email
* offline
* required_email
* testBodyTemplate
* verify_primary_user

Updating the renderer test to use a template that uses gettext.  Update the renderer to handle when vars are not sent to render.
