clarifying function names in user.js 

Renaming: waitForUserRegistration->waitForUserValidation
          emailRegistered->isEmailRegistered
          waitForEmailRegistration->waitForEmailValidation

Updating calls in the controllers.

Adding a test for isEmailRegistered with a non-registered email.
