* Taking a lot of code from the pick email controller and putting it into helpers.
* Starting to hook up to the state machine in dialog controller.
* Starting the "start/stop" functions in page_controller with hopes of moving to modules.
* Work on both the log in of a signed in user and log in of an unauthenticated user who is known.
