remove obsolete syncEmails functionality from persistence layer, tests, wsapi, and client libraries.  with certs the logic is much simpler and more efficient

purge all notion of 'pubkey' from json persistence layer, drastically simplifying the database structure

fix porting bug in mysql driver.  For stageEmail, the INSERT query errantly included references to 'pubkey'

no global dependencies and include jwcrypt using submodules

make npm test work right.  improve test.sh to ensure it's using the version of vows that the package is locked to and works both when invoked via npm and from cmdline

rename and move prepare_deps into scripts/ now that all it does is generate keys which are only used for local development (all other environments will manually create keys).  Also add generate_ephemeral_keys as a post-install step so that npm install is all you need, like love

now that jwcrypto is a node module, we shall change the way that we include it (ie jwcrypto/vep rather than by relative path)
