Moving the registration polling functions out of the controllers into BrowserIDIdentities so that they can be tested and reused.

This completes it!  There are no direct dependencies in the controllers on BrowserIDNetwork.

Adding requestPasswordReset in BrowserIDIdentities - removing references to BrowserIDNetwork from the controller.

Hooking up the reset password flow to the network layer.  requestResetPassword hooked up to createUser for now.

This means we can now reset a password, though it removes all linked email addresses.

Removing the white background in the center, it was ugly.

Still need to hook this up to something reasonable that does not reset the user's account completely.

Had to update the CSS to accommodate this.

This gives us end to end flow!  BOOOYA!
